Introducing Guest Shipment Tracking!

We are excited to announce the launch of a new feature on our website that will make tracking shipments a breeze for our customers – and lighten the load on our customer service lines!

Customers can now track their shipments without logging into our system. That’s right, no more waiting on hold asking for a password reset!

Here's how it works:
  • Customers simply visit our homepage, www.jays.ca, and click on the TRACK SHIPMENT button.
  • They’ll be directed to our Freight page where they can choose their search criteria: Bill Number (example S*******) or Bill of Lading (example Trace#).
  • Once they enter the tracking number, they’ll have instant access to their shipment information including GPS location, Shipment status, PODs etc.
  • Shipments are tracked one bill at a time.
Benefits for Everyone:
  • This is a feature customers have been requesting, and we’re finally able to deliver!
  • Customers can track shipments even if they’re not the Bill-To party – as long as they have the correct tracking number.
  • Quick and Easy!
  • Tracking takes just seconds with a Bill Number or Bill of Lading.
