Do you have a move date in mind?
Our consultant will ask about your possession dates, your ideal date to move, and whether your dates have any flexibility. The sooner your move can be booked, the better. Weekends and month ends can be busy, and we may have more availability if your move can occur during the middle of the week or month.
Which items, if any, are not going to be moving with you?
From time to time, customers will be donating or selling some furniture pieces before they move.
Are there items you have ordered online yet to be delivered to be added to your move?
Bigger items not accounted for can affect your estimate.
Do you need packing services?
This can range from a full-home pack to simply having us pack up your china cabinet.
Will you need to put anything into storage?
Sometimes possession dates don’t align, and we can help with any gap times you encounter.
Are you moving into or out of a space that has special access requirements?
Perhaps an elevator needs to be reserved for move day or we can’t get our tractor/trailer into your cul-de-sac (in which case, we would coordinate the use of a shuttle).
Will you want additional cargo protection coverage for your belongings?

Are there items outside or in a shed that will need to be moved
Articles such as play structures, patio furniture, or your lawn mower may not come to mind when you think of packing up your belongings.

We don’t haul vehicles, but we work with companies that do!
Will your contact information (phone number) be the same once you reach your destination?
Should we need to reach you after your move for any reason.
